Release 2.0.31

Dear BibSonomy-Community,

today we released BibSonomy 2.0.31!

This release contains new scrapers, namely:

• Econstor
• APA
• BMJOpen
• CDP from Sage
• Pharmacognosy

We also included a new publication renderer as well as a reworked discussion menu.

Internally, we prepared several new features for the next release, which just aren't ready yet :-)
